Riding Rules
-
Do NOT let the horses eat! There are poisonous plants that can make them sick.
-
To steer the horse, use the reins. Pull the left rein to go left, the right rein to go right, pull back to stop.
-
To make your horse go forward, kick your horse with the heels of your feet. Use only as much force as needed. You can also kiss or cluck to your horse to encourage forward movement.
-
Please keep space behind horses, you want about a horse length in between the horses. Nobody likes a brown noser!
-
Please hold on to the reins at all times and do not let them go. They are not automatic and will behave as if they have a mind of their own if you let them.
